Can every one register an .al domain name?

The .al domains can be registered by any entity, may this be an individual or a company. Even though the registration is free, some additional information are required.

If a domain is being registered for an individual, a citizen identification number is required. This can be a passport number or a national ID.

In case the domain is being registered by a company, then a NIPT (VAT) number is required.
