What is a dedicated server?

A dedicated hosting service, dedicated server, or managed hosting service is a type of service where the client leases an entire server not shared with anyone else. This is more flexible than shared hosting, as organizations have full control over the server(s), including choice of operating system, hardware, firewall configurations etc.

Uptime Guarantee
All our servers are guaranteed to be online 99.9% of the time.

Bandwidth
All dedicated servers have a 5 TB/month bandwidth limit.

Backups
We do not manage backups for any dedicated server orders. The client is responsible for taking their own backups.

Operating Systems
We provide support for different flavours of Linux OS (CentOS, Debian etc). Dedicated machines in Windows OS are also available upon request.

Setup Time
If the ordered server is available in the data center, it will be set up within 12 hours.
