If you have trouble receiving emails from a specific domain, be aware that an email is filtered in 3 levels before it reaches our server:

1. Firewall checks for blocked IPs

2. DNS Blacklist checks for IP or domain names listed as Spam

3. The SPF controller verifies whether the domain has a SPF structure or not.
